ProventusHR has been recognised nine times by the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards between 2022 and 2025, winning four Gold and five Silver awards across the Leadership Development and Learning and Development categories. All awards were granted for the LEAP Leadership Excellence Acceleration Programme and required the submission of measurable evidence across all four Kirkpatrick levels. Brandon Hall Group is an independent research and analyst firm. Its HCM Excellence Awards are adjudicated by an independent panel of practitioners and require evidence submission, not application alone.

The Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Award is the only major learning and development award that requires submitted, peer-reviewed evidence of outcomes at all four Kirkpatrick levels: participant reaction, learning assessment, on-the-job behavioural transfer, and quantified business results. An application alone is not sufficient. An independent panel of practitioners adjudicates each submission against that evidence standard.

The Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards are not a nomination-based recognition. Every submission requires measurable evidence across all four Kirkpatrick levels: participant reaction scores, learning assessment data, demonstration of behavioural transfer at the workplace, and quantified business outcomes. An independent panel of practitioners adjudicates each submission.

ProventusHR submitted LEAP for review nine times across four years and received recognition on nine occasions. The evidence submitted includes participant NPS of 9.41 out of 10, manager-signed Self Impact Showcases from 100 per cent of participants, and INR 160 Crore+ in documented business outcomes traceable to named participants and co-signed by their reporting managers.

Four consecutive Gold awards in Leadership Development across 2022, 2023, and 2024 represent independent confirmation that LEAP produces measurable commercial outcomes, not just participant satisfaction. The 2025 Gold in Learning and Development extends that recognition into a second category.
