We Are ProventusHR

A bespoke leadership advisory for experiential capability transformation. Founded in 2015 on the conviction that behaviour changed by instruction is borrowed, but behaviour changed by experience is owned.

ProventusHR is a boutique leadership advisory for experiential capability transformation, serving global organisations and regional enterprises across BFSI, IT and ITES, Manufacturing, Engineering Services, and other complex sectors. Founded by Rama Krishna, a National Defence Academy alumnus and 9-time Brandon Hall Excellence award winner, the firm designs bespoke leadership journeys, executive coaching engagements, diversity and belonging interventions, CHRO advisory relationships, and culture alignment programmes. Its proprietary methodologies, including LEAP, REEL|Life, Floor Simulations, and Computer Simulations, combine behavioural science, cinematic reflection, and simulation-led practice to shift observable leadership behaviours. Since 2015, ProventusHR has served over 100 organisations across 14 industries.

Our Story

Founded on a Single Conviction

ProventusHR was incorporated in 2015, but the conviction that shaped it took thirty years to arrive. Rama Krishna had spent nearly three decades in corporate leadership, watching well-designed training programmes produce no sustained change in the people who attended them. The learning was absorbed. The behaviour did not shift.

The question that founded the firm was not what shall we teach? It was what shall we make people experience? The insight that follows an experience is owned by the person who had it. The insight that follows an instruction belongs to the person who gave it. That distinction is the architectural principle behind every ProventusHR engagement.

Ten years of client work across more than a hundred organisations has reinforced that conviction, not complicated it. The pattern that emerges from that body of work is consistent: leadership behaviour shifts when the learning begins with an experience that makes the old behaviour visibly insufficient. That is the distinction ProventusHR was built to operationalise, and it remains the governing principle behind every programme, every coaching engagement, and every advisory relationship the firm undertakes today.

Trust Actions, Not Words

Every methodology ProventusHR has developed is built to ensure that participants experience the insight before they are given the framework to describe it. The firm's motto governs every client engagement and every public claim it makes. No case made in advance is substituted for evidence demonstrated after the work.

Every methodology the firm has developed is built to ensure that participants experience the insight before they are given the framework to describe it. Owned insights change how leaders show up on Monday morning. Borrowed insights change how they describe themselves in performance reviews.

ProventusHR measures outcomes in observable, stakeholder-reported behavioural change, validated at 90 days post-programme. Not satisfaction scores. Not attendance records. Behaviour that colleagues, peers, and direct reports can see and name.
